Diplomová práce je zaměřena na téma založení ordinace praktického lékaře v Holešově. V rámci řešení problému byly použity analýzy PEST a Porterova modelu pěti konkurenčních sil. V práci bylo navrženo řešení, které umožňuje novému praktickému lékaři otevřít svou praxi právě v Holešově. Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the topic of establishing a general practitioner's office in Holešov. PEST and Porter's model of five competing forces were used as part of the solution to the problem. A solution has been proposed at work that allows a new practitioner to open his practice in Holešov.
