Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá institutem výpovědí z pracovněprávního vztahu. Cílem bakalářské práce je seznámení se s institutem výpovědi a skončením služebního poměru příslušníků bezpečnostních sborů a státních zaměstnanců, včetně nároků a povinností s tím spojených.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of the notice of termination of employment. The aim of this this bachelor thesis is to get familliar with the institution of the notice, termination of service of members of the security forces and civil servant, including their rights and obligations.
