Práce se zaměřuje na soudnictví ve věcech mládeže, a to ve dvou věkových kategoriích, mládež mladší 15 let a mladiství 15- 18 let. Konkrétně se pak soustředí na trestní odpovědnost, druhy ukládaných opatření a funkce Probační a mediační služby České republiky. Abstract:
This work focuses on the justice in the matters of youth namely in two categories- the young younger than 15 years and the youth from 15 to 18 years. Concretely this work concentrates on the criminal responsibility, the kinds of imposed measures and the functions of probate and mediator servise in the Czech republic.
