Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá aktuálními tématy, a to demografickými změnami v podobě stárnutí populace a čtvrtou průmyslovou revolucí, a klade si za cíl sledovat možný budoucí vývoj jejich vlivů na zaměstnanost a trh práce současně.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with current topics, namely demographic changes in the form aging population and fourth industrial revolution and aims to research the possible future development of their effects on employment and the labor market at the same time.
