Keratometry and corneal topography are part of basic diagnostic methods, detect entering numerical parameters for optometric and ophtalmologic investigative techniques as for example soft and hard contact lenses fitting, pre-operative assessment in corneal surgery, degenerative deseases screening (ie. keratoconus, pellucid marginal degeneration).
