Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na jazykový relativismus a Sapir-Whorfovu hypotézu. Cílem práce je přispět k diskuzi o potvrzení či vyvrácení hypotézy a hlavní pozornost je věnována analýze myšlenek osob mluvících anglickým a ruským jazykem a zároveň vlivu těchto jazyků na lidské vnímání a lidskou mysl. The Sapir-Whorf hypothesis has been widely investigated in terms of its veracity.
