Abstract:
Penitenciární péče je činnost, která se provádí ve věznicích. Penitenciární péče by měla zajistit resocializaci odsouzeného. Hlavní myšlenkou takovéto péče je, aby odsouzený po výkonu trestu už nepáchal žádnou trestnou činnost a zařadil se zpátky do běžného života. Abstract:
Penitenciary care is an activity that is carried out in prisons. Penitenciary care should ensure re-socialisation of the convicted person. The main idea of such care is that the convicted person after serving a sentence already nepáchal no crime and ranked back into normal life.
