How to deal the leaking of employees from the viewpoint of relationships with media and public (public relations)

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá činností propouštění zaměstnanců a jejich následné zpracování informací do médií. Dále se zabývá různými pohledy na dřívější vztahy mezi zaměstnancem a zaměstnavatelem, jak je na tento vztah pohlíženo v dnešní době, jaké nástroje jsou používány a proč je důležité informovat veřejnost. Za pomoci dotazníku chci zjistit potřebné informace. Jako co zaměstnancům chybí, proč je důležité komunikovat, jak jsou spokojeni s prací personálních oddělení. Dále chci zjistit jaká metoda propouštění je pro lidi nejlepší.

Abstract:

This work follows up the action of firing (leaking) an employee and how should the employers communicate with the media. Additionally it also deals with the different angeles of a viewpoint on the whole proces from the whole beginning (history point). It looks at the relationship from past perspective up to the possible future possibilities and why it is so imporatant to inform the public. By using the questionnaire, I want to figure out needed things, for an example, what do the employees miss, if they do communicate with the public or internally, how are they satisfy with the personal department. Finally I want to find out which type of a leaking is best for both sides.
