The police control and police provocation of the offence - legal and constitutional aspects
Abstract:
In the beginning of this thesis the question who is and who could be the originator of police infringements is answered. The second part (Police control) deals with operative and intelligence activity. And in the third part the police provocation in Czech Republic and Slovakia is described.

Začiatkom svojej prace sa venujem kto vlastne je a kto môže byť pôvodcom policajných zásahov, resp. ktoré orgány majú možnosť zasahovať do individuálnych práv a slobôd. V dalšej časti pod názvom policajná kontrola, sa zameriavam predovšetkým na operatívnu a spravodajskú činnosť polície.No a v tretej časti sa širšie venujem problematike policajnej provokácie v ČR a SR, pri ktorej dôležitú úlohu zohráva …more
