Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou a způsoby popírání a určování otcovství. Bakalářská práce zpracovává právní úpravu dle zákona o rodině a taktéž novou právní úpravu dle zákona 89/2012 Sb., občanského zákoníku. Práce se snaží hodnotit problémy, se kterými bylo možno se setkat za účinnosti zákona o rodině při popírání a určování otcovství. Snaží se částečně srovnat starou a novou právní …more

The bachelor s thesis deals the problems and ways of denied and determine paternity. It covers the existing Czech enactment of legal presumptions for determining paternity as it is laid down by the family law and as well the previous one which was important in the previous period before a recodification.
