The problem of smoking addiction among second level primary school students and secondary school students

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá kouřením mezi žáky 2. stupně základních škol a středních škol. Teoretická část vymezuje pojem kouření. Pojednává o tabáku a jeho historii, složení tabákového kouře, nikotinu a cigaretách. Dále se zabývá pojmem závislost, návykem ke kouření a obsahuje kapitolu, která se zabývá tím, jak přestat kouřit. Také pojednává o působení návykových látek v pubescenci a adolescenci, zdraví, prevenci a charakteristice škol, kde probíhala výzkumná část. Praktická část zkoumá, jaký je počet kuřáků na základní a střední škole, jakou zkušenost mají žáci s vodní dýmkou a jak jsou informovaní o kouření. Dále srovnává žáky střední školy a základní školy podle povědomí o škodlivých látkách obsažených v cigaretách a vlivu kouření na zdraví.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis deals with the problem of smoking addiction among second level primary school students and secondary school students. The theoretic part defines the concept of smoking. Deals with the topic tobacco and its history, the composition of tobacco smoke, nicotine and cigarettes. It also deals with the concept of addiction, addiction to smoking and includes a chapter that deals with the problem how to quit smoking. Also discusses about the influence of drugs in pubescence and adolescence, health, prevention and characteristic of schools, where was the research part done. The practical part examines what is the number of smokers in elementary and grammar school, which experience have pupils with tobacco pipe and how are they informed about smoking. Moreover compares students of elementary and grammar school by awarness of the harmful substances contained in cigarettes and the health effects of smoking.
