Abstract:

Ve své diplomové práci jsem se zaměřil na pozici manažera, jeho vzdělávání jak organizací, tak na sebevzdělávání. Svět kolem nás se neustále mění a díky digitalizaci všech oborů je to stále rychlejší. S procesem globalizace úzce souvisí i proces internacionalizace, který klade velký tlak i nároky na potřebu konkurenceschopnosti českých firem a jejich manažerů. Cílem práce je zkoumat realitu, která se vyskytuje v běžném životě a konfrontovat jí s názory a potřebami manažerů střední úrovně. Je to velmi problematický proces, jelikož systém vzdělávání zaměstnanců a manažerů v organizaci je know how firem a většina z nich si toto chrání a neumožňuje do jejich systému vzdělávání nahlížet.

Abstract:

In my thesis, I focused on the position of manager of his education both organizations, and her self. The world around us is constantly changing and thanks to digitize all fields, it is still faster. The process of globalization is closely related to the process of internationalization, which puts a lot of pressure and demands on the competitiveness of Czech companies and their managers. The aim is to examine the reality that occurs in everyday life and confront her with the views and needs of middle managers. It's a very difficult process, because the system of education of employees and managers in the organization's know-how companies and most of them have this protection and not to their education system to inspect.
