Process Management as a Tool for Business Development

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je vypracování procesní analýzy klíčových procesů akciové společnosti ŽĎAS, návrh metrik procesů a sestavení matice odpovědnosti pro jeden vybraný proces. V teoretické části práce popsat rozdíl mezi procesním řízením a klasickým (funkčním) stylem řízení. V analytické části práce provést procesní analýzu. V návrhové části práce k plnění hlavního cíle vytvořit obecný procesní model s přiřazením řídící dokumentace k hlavním procesům. Pro jeden z hlavních procesů vypracovat vzorově matice odpovědnosti a sestavit popisnou tabulku procesu a stanovit metriky procesu.

Abstract:

The aim of the graduation Thesis is elaborating the process analysis of key processes of the joint-stock company ŽĎAS, the proposal of processes metrics and the preparation of responsibility matrix for one selected process. The theoretical part of the Thesis pays attention to the difference between the business process management and the classical (functional) management style. The analytical part of the Thesis deals with the execution of process analysis and the determination of processes metrics. In the proposal-making part of the Thesis there is created a general process model with assignment of control documentation to the main processes. For one of the main processes a responsibility matrix is prepared and a descriptive process worksheet is established, as guidance and the determination of process metrics.
