Abstract:
Genetické změny, které jsou specifické pro daný typ nádoru, jsou využívány k odlišení nádorových buněk od nenádorových. Umožňují zařazování pacientů do jednotlivých podskupin s odlišným stupněm rizika a mohou sloužit i k monitorování průběhu léčby. Abstract:
Genetics changes, which are specific for pattern of tumor, are used as differentiation of tumor cells and untumor cells. It enable organising of patiens to subset with different degree of risk and can serve to monitoring of treatment process.
