Disertační práce se věnuje managementu kvality a managementu rizik se zaměřením na ošetřovatelskou perioperační péče. Cílem je analýza činností perioperačních sester a kritických momentů v průběhu perioperačního procesu. Abstract:
The dissertation is devoted to quality management and risk management with a focus on nursing perioperative care. The aim of this work is to analyse the activities of perioperative nurses and critical moments during the perioperative process. This analysis is supported by a proposed checklist to evaluate the perioperative care and to ensure safe and quality nursing care in operating theatres.
