Prosthetic equiments of the lower limbs in diabetes.

Abstract:

Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na teoretické poznatky z oblasti anatomie dolní končetiny, dále se zabývá amputačními technikami, indikacemi k amputacím a samotným operačním výkonem. Informuje o diabetu a rizikovosti syndromu diabetické nohy. Zaměřuje se na amputaci v oblasti bérce a následně obecně popisuje protetické vybavení u transtibiální amputace. Praktická část obsahuje 2 kazuistiky pacientů, kteří přišli o část dolní končetiny z důvodu komplikací diabetu. Probíhalo testování bez kompenzační pomůcky a následně s kompenzační pomůckou. Došli jsme k závěru, že vybavení značně ovlivňuje samostatnost a pro vybrané uživatele je vhodně zvolené.

Abstract:

The theoretical part of the theses focuses on theoretical knowledge in the field of lower limb anatomy, it also deals with amputation techniques, indications for amputations and the operation. Informs about diabetes and the risk of diabetic foot syndrome. Focused on amputation in the lower limb and then generally describes the prosthetic equipment for transtibial amputation. The practical part contains 2 case reports of patients who lost part of the lower limb due to complications of diabetes. Testing was performed without and subsequently with the aid for handicapped persons. We have come to the conclusion that the equipment significantly affects independence and is suitable for patients.
