Support of CRM by information system OpenERP
Abstract:
This thesis describes the basic concepts of CRM and ERP. It deals with the theory of implementation of CRM systems for small and medium-sized companies. It proposes basic criteria for selecting a suitable CRM system. It evaluates information system OpenERP according to these criteria and provides a practical example.
Abstract:
Táto práca popisuje základné pojmy týkajúce sa CRM a ERP. Zoberá sa teóriou implementácie CRM systémov v malých a stredných firmách. Navrhuje základné kritériá pre výber vhodného CRM systému. Podľa týchto kritérií hodnotí informačný systém OpenERP a poskytuje praktický príklad.
