Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je věnována stanovení laktátu a glukosy neinvazivním způsobem za využití slin a sensorů s imobilizovanými enzymy laktátoxidasou či glukosaoxidasou. Tento typ měření má využití na poli mediciny, kde jsou tyto metabolity často detekovány, stejně tak i v průmyslu či ve sportu. Abstract:
In this master's thesis the biosensor for determination of glucose and lactate is described. In the theoretical part, these two analytes and their physiological ranges and functions in organism are described, as well as the biosensors and their propertios. In experimental part are the results from the measurements of these two analytes in saliva during physical activity.
