Diplomová práce se zabývá národní a unijní právní úpravou pesticidů a jiných prostředků na ochranu rostlin. The diploma thesis deals with national and EU legislation concerning pesticides and other plant protection products. The thesis defines the basic concepts and sources of current legislation in this area. Afterwards, the legislation is analysed to determine how the pesticides and other plant protection products are regulated by the manufacture, importation, distribution, marketing and use.
