Téma, které jsem si vybrala a zabývala jsem se s ním ve své bakalářské práci, bylo seznámit veřejnost s likvidací obchodních společností. Svou práci jsem soustředila tak, aby zde byly zaznamenány všechny důležité kroky likvidátora v likvidaci. Abstract:
My bachelor’s thesis focuses on acquainting the public with a liquidation process of trade companies. I structured my work in such a way that all important steps of a liquidator in such a process are recorded.
