Application of solid-phase microextraction to the analysis of volatile organic compounds in water
Abstract:
Metoda mikroextrakce na tuhou fázi byla použita pro zakoncentrování trihalogenmetanů ve vodách. Použité vlákno bylo 85 um CarboxenTM/PDMS StableFlexTM. Jako koncovka byla zvolena plynová chromatografie s plamenoionizační detekcí. Metoda umožnila stanovení těchto látek řádově v ug/l vody. Abstract:
Solid phase microextraction metod was used to concentrate trihalogenmethanes in water. Fiber 85 um CarbonexTM/PDMS StableFlexTM was used for this metod. Gas chromatography with flame ionization detection was chosen for final determination. This metod allowed the determination of these substances in the order of ug/l of water.
