The role of Probation and mediation service in solving of minor´s brush with the law
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na roli Probační a mediační služby při řešení konfliktu nezletilého se zákonem. Přibližuje zvláště její činnost v oblasti práce s problémovou mládeží. Cílem teoretické části je pohled na práci s nezletilými. Cílem praktické části je ukázat potřebu této služby.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the role of Probation and mediation service in solving of minor´s brush with the law. It zooms in particular its activities in the field of work with troubled youth. The objective part is to look at the work with minors. The practical part is to show the need for this service.
