V této bakalářské práci jsou shrnuty základní fakta o kryptochromech a jejich roli v biologických dějích živočichů, zejména těch citlivých na magnetická pole. Je zde vysvětleno rozdělení kryptochromů na dva základní typy a jejich rozdílné funkce v cirkadiánních rytmech. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis summarizes the basic facts about cryptochromes and their role in biological processes of animals, especially those sensitive to magnetic fields. The classification of cryptochromes into two basic types and their different functions in circadian rhythms is explained.
