Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou metodik řízení projektů a metodik řízení vývoje software. Práce přináší teoretické vymezení problematiky. Představeny jsou agilní a rigorózní (tradiční) přístupy k vývoji software a jejich reprezentanti – Unified Process a Scrum.
