Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je komplexně zachytit historický vývoj výpůjčky, zápůjčky, výprosy a úvěru. Tomu je podřízena i struktura práce, je rozdělena do pěti hlavních částí. V první části se kapitoly a podkapitoly věnují vysvětlení závazkového práva. V následující druhé kapitole rozebírám obligační vztahy v římském právu. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to capture the historical development of loans, obtains and credits. This is a subject to the structure of the work which is divided into five main chapters.
