Difficulties of communication in ambulant care
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení problematických situací při poskytování péče v ambulantním sektoru se zvláštním zaměřením na komunikační dovednosti zdravotnického personálu. Teoretická část práce se zabývá problematikou faktorů ovlivňující komunikaci. Praktická část je zaměřena na úroveň komunikace v ambulantní péči z pohledu respondentů.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on the evaluation of problematic situations in the provision of ambulatory care sector with particular focus on communication skills of medical personnel. The theoretical part deals with factors affecting communication. The practical part focuses on the communication level of patient care from the perspective of respondents.
