Abstract:
Práce se věnuje aktivitám ruských státem vlastněných společností v plynovém sektoru v regionu jihovýchodní Evropy. Na případech 12 zemí regionu zkoumá, na kolik Rusko a státem vlastněná ruská společnost Gazprom (a její dceřiné společnosti)jednají dle tzv. strategického přístupu k energetice, tzn. zda tyto společnosti fungují jako nástroje ruské zahraniční politiky.
Abstract:
The dissertation focuses on activities of Russian state-owned energy enterprises in the natural gas sector in South-Eastern Europe. Based on case studies examining 12 countries within the region, the dissertation responds to the question whether the Russian state misuses Gazprom and its subsidiaries as foreign policy tools.
