Tato práce se zabývá problémem SSSP a třemi algoritmy pro jeho řešení, zvláště pak Thorupovým algoritmem. V první části práce je popsán algoritmus Bellmana-Forda, Dijkstrův algoritmus a Thorupův algoritmus s důrazem na časovou složitost. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the SSSP problem and three algorithms that solve it, particularly with Thorup's algorithm. The first part of the thesis describes the Bellman-Ford algorithm, Dijkstra's algorithm and Thorup's algorithm, putting emphasis on their time complexity. Thanks to using a hierarchical bucketing structure, Thorup's algorithm achieves the smallest asymptotic time complexity. The second …more
