Tématem diplomové práce je šedá ekonomika a švarcystém. Práce popisuje podstatu těchto pojmů a jejich místo ve společnosti. Diplomová práce se snaží objektivně posoudit příčiny a důsledky šedé ekonomiky a švarcsystému. Práce obsahuje nástin toho jak dochází k měření rozsahu šedé ekonomiky.
