Abstract:
Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo porovnání 2 metod pro stanovení vápníku v moči (fotometrická metoda s NM-BAPTA a atomová absorpční spektrometrie) a ověření vlivu 2 modifikátorů matrice [Sr(NO3)2 a LaCl3. 7 H2O] na výsledky vyšetření. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis was to compare two methods for the determination of calcium in urine (photometric method with NM-BAPTA and atomic absorption spectrometry) and verify the effect of two matrix modifiers [Sr(NO3) 2 and LaCl3.7 H2O] on the test results.
