Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se ve své první části zaměřuje na teoretický popis 3D aditivních technologií, jejich historii, vývoj a současné trendy. Dále popisuje současný stav stavebnictví a jeho potřebu po modernizaci, s čímž souvisí dále popsaná současná integrace aditivních technologií do odvětví závislých zejména na manuální práci. Druhá, výzkumná část, je zaměřena na formulaci a přípravu vhodných cementových kompozitů s obsahem alternativních vstupních surovin tak, aby vznikly tiskové směsi vhodné jako náhrada těm průmyslově vyráběným. Účelem je využít alternativní vstupy, a přispět k vyšší udržitelnosti stavebnictví. Návrh kompozitních směsí, tedy formulace optimálních poměrů vstupních surovin a chemických aditiv je posuzován dle chování čerstvých směsí a dále na základě stanovených mechanicko-fyzikálních vlastností na vyzrálých zkušebních tělesech.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is in its first part aimed on a theoretical description of 3D additive technologies, their history, development, and current trends. It further describes the current state of the construction industry and its need for modernization which is associated with the current integration of additive technologies into industries relying heavily on manual labor. The second research part is focused on the formulation and preparation of suitable cementitious composites with alternative raw materials to create printing mixes suitable as a replacement for industrially manufactured ones. The aim is to utilize alternative inputs, and thus to contribute to the higher sustainability of the construction industry. The design of composite mixes, therefore, involves formulating optimal ratios of input materials and chemical additives, assessed based on the behavior of fresh mixes and established mechanical-physical properties on hardened test specimens.
