V této práci jsem se zabýval tím, jak probíhal proces vytváření statutu Norimberského tribunálu, a jak se Spojenci v následujících procesech před tribunálem snažili obhájit fakt, že vytvořili nové druhy zločinů, za jejichž spáchání měli nést odpovědnost vedoucí představitelé nacistického režimu. In this thesis I looked at the process of creating the Statute of the Nuremberg Tribunal and how the Allies tried in the following trials to defend the fact, that they created new types of crimes, for which the leading representatives of the Nazi regime should bear accountability.
