Financing investment plans in the company trouhg the issue of bonds

Abstract:

Tato práce je věnována otázce, jaké jsou příležitosti financování investičních aktivit společnosti pomocí emise bondů a jakou cenu musí platit společnost, která vydává bondy. Hlavním cílem této práce je zhodnotit možnost využití bondů pro financování vybraného investičního projektu ve vybrané společnosti. Dílčím cílem je zhodnotit rizika pro financování aktivit společnosti pomoci emise bondů. V práci jsou použity metody výzkumu, které mají za cíl plnění cíle práce a odpovědi na stanovené otázky. První metodou je rozbor dostupných českých a zahraničních literárních a jiných odborných zdrojů, především knih a odborných článků. Druhou metodou je analýza současného portfolia vydávaných cenných papírů ze strany zkoumané společnosti a možnosti získání prostředků pro financování podnikatelských aktivit této společnosti pomoci emise bondů. Mimo jiné v práci jsou použity metody analýzy vydávaných bondů a jejich prospektů, metoda dedukce a syntézy.

Abstract:

This work is devoted to the question, what are the opportunities of financing investment activities by issuing bonds and what price to pay company that issues bonds. The main objective of this thesis is to evaluate the possibility of using bonds to finance a selected investment project in a selected company. A partial objective is to evaluate the risks for the financing of the company's activities to help with the issue of bonds. The research uses research methods to achieve the goal of work and to answer the questions. The first method is to analyze the available Czech and foreign literary and other expert sources, mainly books and scholarly articles. The second method is to analyze the current portfolio of securities issued by the investigated company and to obtain funds for the financing of the company's business activities by means of bond issues. Among other things, the thesis uses the methods of analysis of published bonds and their prospectuses, the method of deduction and synthesis.
