Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o životě brněnského skladatele Vlastimila Lejska a jeho tvorbě. V práci je snaha o objevení možné inspirace v osobním životě a následné přetvoření myšlenky v hudební dílo. Dále srovnáváme autorův osobní život od jeho dětských let až po konec hudební kariéry s vývojem tvorby a možném vlivu událostí v osobním životě na produkované skladby.

The thesis discusses the life of Brno composer Vlastimil Lejska and his musical work. The thesis is an effort by the discovery of possible inspiration in his personal live and the subsequent transformation of ideas in a musical work.
