Abstract:

Diplomová práce směřuje ke zjištění jaká je představa sociálních pracovníků referátů hmotné nouze ÚP ČR o uplatňování sociální práce s ohledem na specifické životní situace osob v hmotné nouzi po sociální reformě roku 2012. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaké mají sociální pracovníci představy o uplatňování sociální práce, aby pomohli osobám v hmotné nouzi, které mají kromě finanční tísně i jiné obtížné životní situace. V teoretické části se zabývám vlivem sociální reformy na výkon sociální práce, systémem a nástroji pomoci v hmotné nouzi, výkonem agendy pomoci v hmotné nouzi, životními situacemi osob v hmotné nouzi a jejich posouzením, v neposlední řadě samotným výkonem sociální práce. Další část práce popisuje metodiku, použitou ve výzkumu. Poslední část práce obsahuje analýzu a interpretaci získaných dat z kvalitativních rozhovorů s 10 sociálními pracovníky vybraných referátů hmotné nouze ÚP ČR. Výsledkem práce je zjištění, ze kterého vyplývá, že aby mohli sociální pracovníci adekvátně reagovat na složité situace klientů v hmotné nouzi, jejich představa je taková, že by mělo dojít ke zvýšení počtu sociálních pracovníků, snížení objemu klientů na jednoho pracovníka, snížení administrativy a mít vhodné pracovní podmínky pro práci s klientem. Získat čas a prostor pro uplatňování sociální práce pomocí aplikace vhodných metod a přístupů sociální práce. Mít možnost individuální práce s každou osobou, která se nachází v hmotné nouzi, jelikož každý člověk je jiný.

Abstract:

This thesis seeks to determine, what is the idea of social workers of workplaces of material need LO CR about the application of social work with regard to the specific life situation of people in material need after social reform in 2012. The aim of the work is to find out what ideas have social workers about application of social work to help people in material need, who have except financial distress also other difficult life situations. The theoretical part deals with the influence of social reform on the performance of social work, system and tools of assistance in material need, performance of the agenda of assistance in material need, life situations of people in material need and their assessment, not least the actual exercise of social work. The next part describes the methodology used in the research. The last part contains an analysis and interpretation of collected data from qualitative interviews with 10 social workers of selected workplaces of material need LO CR. Result of the work is finding, which shows, that to social workers be able to adequately respond to difficult situations of clients in material need, their idea is that there should be an increase in the number of social workers, reducing the amount of clients per worker, reducing paperwork and have appropriate working conditions for working with the client. Get the time and space for the application of social work using appropriate methods and approaches of social work. Having the ability to work with each individual person who is in material need, because every person is different.
