Diplomová práce se zabývá problémy začínajících učitelů 1. stupně ZŠ. Cílem práce je zjistit, s jakými problémy se začínající učitele potýkají. V teoretické části je popsána profesní dráha učitele. The diploma thesis deals with the difficulties of beginning teachers at primary school. The aim of the thesis is to find out the problems of beginning teachers.
