Constructions preparation and undertaking in the field of construction with focus on analysis of activity of the company AED project, a.s.

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na problematiku předrealizační přípravy staveb. První kapitola této práce je zaměřena na analýzu vybraných složek vývoje českého stavebnictví, především se zaměřením na analýzu vývoj počtu, hodnoty a struktury vydaných stavebních povolení, struktury dokončených a zahájených bytových objektů, jakožto i objektů nebytových nejen na území České republiky, ale také v rámci meziregionálního srovnání. Druhá část této práce podrobně popisuje jednotlivé vývojové stupně předrealizační přípravy staveb s ohledem na činnost společnosti AED project a. s., jedná se především o zpracování jednotlivých stupňů projektové dokumentace, správní projednání, činnosti realizované v průběhu výstavby. Poslední část je zaměřena přímo na podnikatelskou činnost v tomto odvětví, na analýzu činnosti AED project a. s. a na stavbu Bytový dům Sněžka, Mariánské Lázně, která byla touto společností projektována. Třetí část zejména popisuje strukturu společnosti, analyzuje vybrané ukazatele za stanovené období a v neposlední řadě popisuje právě vývoj předrealizační přípravy stavby Bytový dům Sněžka Mariánské Lázně

Abstract:

The work focuses on the issue of pre-implementation preparation of construction. The first chapter of this thesis focuses on the analysis of selected components of the development of Czech construction industry, especially focusing on the analysis of the development of the number, value and structure of issued building permits, the structure of completed and started residential buildings, as well as non-residential buildings not only in the Czech Republic, but also in the interregional comparisons. The second part of this work describes in detail the individual stages of the development in pre-implementation preparation of construction with regards to the activities of AED project Inc., it is mainly the processing of individual stages of project documentation, administrative hearing, the activities carried out during construction. The last part is focused directly on business in this sector, the analysis of the activities of AED project Inc. and the construction of Residential House Sněžka, Mariánské Lázně, which was designed by this company. The third part describes especially the structure of society, analyzes selected indicators for a specific period and finally describes precisely the development of pre-implementation preparation of construction of Residential House Sněžka, Mariánské Lázně.
