Onset of Menarche Depending on Factors - Generational Comparison

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá nástupem menarche, a faktory, které mají vliv na její nástup. Součástí práce bylo také vyzkoumat, jak se nástup mění v průběhu generací. V teoretické části je popsán proces puberty. Nalezneme zde popis fyzických i psychických změn. Dále se věnuji gynekologickým onemocněním vázaná na pubertální období, kam řadíme různé poruchy menstruačního cyklu, poruchy trvání puberty a gynatrézie. Nejdůležitější částí je popis faktorů, které ovlivňují nástup první menstruace. Sem řadíme faktory environmentální a genetické. Výzkumný vzorek tvořilo 70 žen ve třech generacích. Výzkumem byl zjištěn vztah mezi socioekonomickým statusem, bydlištěm a menarche. Významný se ukazuje vztah váhy a nástupem menarche, kdy rozdíl mezi podváhou a nadváhou činí asi půl roku. Ukazuje se také korelace věku ve vztahu matka - dcera. Jako nevýznamné se ukazuje gene-rační srovnání, kdy nezaznamenávám žádný sekulární trend. U druhé a třetí generace pře-kvapivě vychází stejný průměrný věk menarche, u dcer vychází dokonce o něco vyšší. Vý-stupem pro praxi je edukační letáček pro pubertální dívky a jejich rodiče o pubertě.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the onset of menarche, and the factors that affect its onset as well its changes over generations. The teoretical part describes the process of puberty and physical and psychological changes. Next, I was dealing with gynecological diseases linked to the puberty period, various disorders of the menstrual cycle, disorders of puberty duration and gynatheresis. The most important part is a description of the factors that affect the onset of the first menstrual period. We considered environmental and genetic factors here. In a survey 70 women in three generations were interviewed. The research found a relationship between socio-economic status, domicile and menarche. Significant is the relationship of weight and the onset of menarche, when the difference between underweight and overweight is about half a year. Age correlation in mother-daughter relationship is also shown. Genealogical comparisons appear to be insignificant here. In the second and third generations, the same average age of the menarche is prevailing and is even slightly higher for daughters. A step-by-step approach is an educational leaflet for puberty girls and their parents.
