Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vedením malých sociálních skupin, konkrétně vedením zájmové taneční skupiny. První část práce je teoretická a věnuje se významným pojmům a konceptům dané problematiky. This bachelor thesis focuses on the leadership of small social groups, especially on the leadership of an dance interest group. The first part is theoretical and it deals with important terms and concepts of this issue.
