Diplomová práce se zabývá adaptačním procesem všeobecných sester a zdravotnických asistentů na pracovišti intenzivní medicíny. V diplomové práci jsou hodnoceny jednotlivé oblasti´adaptačního procesu všeobecnými sestrami, zdravotnickými asistenty a mentorkami/školitelkami. The thesis deals with the adaptation process of nurses and medical assistants in the intensive medical care workplace. In the thesis are evaluated individual areas of the adaptation process by general nurses, medical assistants and mentors/trainers.
