Bakalářská práce se zabývá sledováním mateřské kolonie netopýra velkého, Myotis myotis na půdě zámku v Luhačovicích. Teoretickou část tvoří literární rešerše o rozmnožování a letních úkrytech netopýrů. Praktická část zahrnuje metodiku získávání dat z vlastních terénních sledování a způsob jejich analýzy. This bachelor thesis deals with the observation of the maternity colony of Myotis myotis on the castle loft in Luhačovice. A theoretical part represents a literature review about reproduction and maternity roosts of bats. Practical part includes methodology for obtaining data from own field monitoring and their analysis.
