The impact of reviews on customer during restaurant selection

Abstract:

Tématem této práce je problematika vlivu uživatelských hodnocení na zákazníka při výběru restaurace. Hlavním cílem je stanovení strategie práce s recenzemi pro jednotlivé zákaznické segmenty. Závěrečná práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a sice na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části práce je uvedeno nákupní chování, kde je přiblíženo nákupní chování a nové technologie a rozhodování zákazníků. V rámci nákupního rozhodování pak je zmíněn rozhodovací proces spotřebitele, ale i další informace, jako jsou vlivy na nákupní chování a další. Elektronické obchodování má přiblížit stručný vývoj, tak jako internetové obchodní strategie, ale také uživatele internetu či připojení k internetu. V praktické části je realizováno dotazníkové šetření, na základě kterého se bude moci stanovit strategie práce s recenzemi pro jednotlivé zákaznické segmenty. Dále jsou v práci stanoveny také hypotézy.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis is the issue of the influence of user ratings on the customer when choosing a restaurant. The main objective is to establish a strategy for working with reviews for individual customer segments. The final thesis is divided into two parts, namely the theoretical part and the practical part. In the theoretical part of the thesis there is a shopping behavior, where shopping behavior and new technologies and customer decisions are approached. As part of the purchasing decision process, the consumer's decision-making process is mentioned, as well as other information such as buying behavior and others. E-commerce is about to approach brief developments, such as internet business strategies, but also internet users or internet access. In the practical part, a questionnaire survey is conducted, which will allow for the determination of strategies for working with reviews for individual customer segments. Furthermore, there are also hypotheses.
