Abstract:
Embryonální kmenové buňky mají značný potenciál pro využití v tkáňovém inženýrství a regenerativní medicíně. Jejich bezpečná klinická aplikace není dosud možná z důvodů jejich genové nestability, způsobené in vitro kultivací, a jejich fenotypové heterogenity. Embryonic stem cells have a considerable potential in the field of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. Because of their gene instability, caused by cultivation in vitro, and phenotypic heterogeneity it is still impossible to safely use them in clinical applications.
