Cílem diplomové práce bylo zhodnocení vlivu betainu na kvalitu v oblasti kvantitativ-ních a kvalitativních ukazatelů ejakulátu plemenných kanců na inseminační stanici. K hodnocení byly použity odběry z inseminační stanice ve Velkém Meziříčí. Podle zjiš-těných výsledků porovnání dvou skupin bylo prokázáno, že na ejakulát nemá betain sig-nifikantní vliv. The aim of the diploma thesis was to evaluate the influence of betaine on quality in the field of quantitative and qualitative indicators of ejaculate of breeding boars at the in-semination station. Samples from the insemination station in Velké Meziříčí were used for evaluation.
