Abstract:
V této diplomové práci se věnujeme vytvoření SPP detektoru s organickou vrstvou pro detekci kapalných vzorků a ověření existence organické vrstvy na substrátu. Organické vrstvy byla nanesena na zlatý substrát pomocí techniky Langmuir-Blodgettové.
Abstract:
In this thesis we deal with the creation of the SPP detector with the organic layer for detection of liquid samples and checking if an organic layer is on the substrate. The organic layers were deposited on a gold substrate by the Langmuir-Blodgett technique.
