Teoretická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na problematiku vitaminu D u onkologických pacientů. Zabývá se výskytem, zdroji, doporučeným příjmem a metabolismem vitaminu D. Abstract:
The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on vitamin D in cancer patients. The thesis deals with the occurrence, sources, recommended intake, and metabolism of vitamin D. Attention is also dedicated to methods of its determination. The integral part is the importance of vitamin D in cancer patients.
