Bakalářská práce se zabývá věcí v právním smyslu, kterou lze považovat za jeden ze základních pojmů mající význam v řadě právních vztahů. Cílem práce je vymezit právní úpravu věcí obecně a dále pak blíže vymezit úpravu pojmu pozemek, jako věci a tedy předmětu pozemkového práva.
