Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na automatizaci logistických procesů ve vybraném podniku Sellier & Bellot a.s. Cíl diplomové práce spočívá v návrhu automatizace technologických procesů zvoleného podniku dle aktuálních trendů Průmyslu 4.0. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy z oblasti logistiky, Průmyslu 4.0, technologie automatické identifikace, skladového hospodářství. Metodologická část stanoví postup tvorby aplikační části, jsou zde popsány zdroje informací a dat, které jsou využity při zkoumání současného stavu pomocí SWOT analýzy a následném stanovení úzkých míst. Následně jsou podrobně popsány jednotlivé návrhy na zlepšení současného stavu pro eliminaci úzkých míst a optimalizování skladovacího procesu. Závěrečná část, technicko-technologické porovnání současného a navrhovaného stavu, udává komparaci současného stavu s následnou implementací navrhovaných změn po stránce technologické. Výstupem diplomové je návrh moderního pracoviště s podporou automatické technologie a snížení závislosti na lidském faktoru.

Abstract:

Thesis is aimed at automatization of logistic processes in selected company Sellier & Bellot a.s. The point of thesis consists of the plan of automating technological processes of selected company, following actual trends of Industry 4.0. In theoretical part are defined basic terms from the field of logistics, Industry 4.0, technologie of automatic identification, stock economy. Methodological part will declare the way of forming applicational parts, there will be explained sourced of informations and data, that will be used in research of current state with the help of SWOT analytics and following stating of tight points. Next will be in detail explained each suggestions for upgrading the current state for elimination of thigh points and optimalization of stocking process. The ending part, technika-technological comparison of current and state and suggested state tells the difference between current state and the following implementation of suggested changes on the technological side. The outcome of this thesis is a proposal of modern working environment with the support of automatic technologies and lower dependency on the human factor.
