Project Implementation of Cash Pooling in the International Company XY, s.r.o.

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření návrhu na implementaci cash poolingu do společnosti XY, s.r.o. Základním předpokladem pro zpracování projektu je teoretické pojednání o problematice cash poolingu, jeho legislativní, daňové a účetní dopady. Praktická část práce se věnuje představení společnost XY, s.r.o. a analýze současného stavu řízení cash flow. Na základě teoretických poznatků, externí a interní analýzy podniku je vypracován projekt samotné implementace cash poolingu a návrh vhodné cash poolingové struktury. V závěru práce jsou vyhodnoceny přínosy projektu a je vypracována časová, riziková a nákladová analýza.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to propose suitable alternative of cash pooling for the company XY, s.r.o. The basic precondition for the project implementation is to understand the theoretical treatise on the topic of cash pooling, its legislative, tax and the accounting consequences. The practical part of the thesis deals with the description of the company XY, s.r.o. and the analysis of the current state of the cash flow management. Based on such theoretical knowledge, the external and the internal analysis of the company's development, the proposal of the Cash pooling project implementation and the cash pooling structure is created. In conclusion, the thesis evaluates the benefits of the project, also by which the time, risk and the cost factors are analysed.
