Freemasonic Aesthetics at Lednice Chateau (The Educational Program for Secondary School Students)

Abstract:

Diplomová práce zkoumá možné projevy zednářské estetiky v liechtensteinské krajině chrámů. Soustředí se přitom na lednický park, jenž byl komponován jako osvícenský program. Na základě společenských vztahů Liechtensteinů se pokouší sledovat stopy, které vedou k alternativním myšlenkovým proudům, které ovlivňovaly rodovou stavební činnost. Paralelním cílem práce je více objasnit aktivní roli liechtensteinských knížat při budování kulturní krajiny, která je výsledkem rodově vedené estetické výchovy. Tyto poznatky se následně snaží předat studentům středních škol prostřednictvím zážitkového edukačního programu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis examines the possible manifestations of Masonic aesthetics in the Liechtenstein landscape of temples. It focuses on the Lednice park, which was composed as an enlightenment program. On the basis of the social relations of the Liechtenstein, he attempts to trace the clues that lead to alternative thought streams that have influenced the family's building activity. The parallel aim of this work is to clarify more active role of Liechtenstein princes in building cultural landscape, which is the result of family-led aesthetic education. He then tries to pass on this knowledge to secondary school students through an experiential educational program.
